Aker Solutions Finance Solutions team is responsible for the Financial Reporting, Regulatory Compiiances and Cash Management for APAC is looking for a talented individual who can strengthen and support our team. We are looking for Consultant which main responsibility are input and provide accurate data to SAP, Treasury Reporting tools as well as Bank Negara submission.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Prepare the daily cash positions reports for accountant’s review

  • Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly cash flow reporting for submission to corporate treasury for accountant’s review

  • Liaise with shared service centre on matters regarding accounts payable and provide journals on accounts receivable

  • Liaise with business, project controllers and buyers on treasury and accounts payable related matters

  • Prepare forms for bank guarantee application in accordance with group policy

  • Prepare relevant forms and documentation to group treasury on treasury related

  • Prepare Treasury related journals and documents for accounting entries to the company’s book between the stipulated deadlines to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statement

  • Prepare reports for reporting to Bank Negara Malaysia

  • Prepare audit schedule and answers auditors queries auditor on matters related treasury function

  • Provide support to accountant on other treasury related matters and other process improvement projects in the department

Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

  • Min 3 years experience in finance/accounting knowledge

  • Basic/Fundamental knowledge on Accounting practices and standards

  • Diploma in Accounting

  • Competent knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

  • Good Interpersonal skill – able to work as part of the team

  • SAP, Kontext, MyCash, myBond
