The programme consists of three eight-month assignments, covering different roles, businesses and locations within Aker Solutions’ global network of offices and technology and manufacturing centres.

- Do you have a business degree at master level?
- Do you have a realistic and hands-on attitude and like to get things done?
- Do you have strong connections to Brazil, Malaysia, Norway, UK or USA?
Who can apply?
This is a global programme, but we are recruiting from specific geographical regions that are selected on an annual basis. This year we are looking for talents who come from Brazil, Malaysia, Norway, UK and USA.
