Aker Solutions will be present with both an indoor and an outdoor booth at this year’s ONS conference in Stavanger, Norway from 28 – 31 August 2012.
Our indoor booth is located within the main hall at B248 where we are showcasing our full range of oilfield products, systems and services. On this booth visitors can see first-hand a 1:20 scale model of the subsea gas compression station we are building for Statoil for the Åsgard field. There will be other technologies on display too.
Technical presentations
On stand B248, we will also hold live presentations on a selection of our technologies throughout the day, giving visitors a better understanding of the products, services and systems that Aker Solutions can provide. Companies who would like to become a supplier to Aker Solutions will be able to witness a daily presentation about our supplier qualification system.
Outdoor booth
Our outdoor booth is located at U20, where visitors will find equipment of our drilling, mooring and loading technologies and can learn more about our expertise within these fields.
ONS Innovation Award 2012
Aker Solutions is nominated for two ONS Innovation Awards. The innovation awards reflect the long-standing commitment to presenting and promoting innovative ideas.
Our nominees this year are the PowerTrac® Hydrate Plug Remover, and the Åsgard subsea gas compression system project, which is a joint nomination together with our customer Statoil.
