Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

An Extraordinary General Meeting of Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") will be held on Tuesday August 12, 2014 at 12:00 CEST. Please find attached the notice of meeting as well as the attendance form and proxy.

The Board of Directors of Aker Solutions has resolved to propose to the shareholders of Aker Solutions that Aker Solutions be demerged. An Information Memorandum and a Demerger Plan is disclosed in a separate stock exchange announcement.
