This developing market, coupled with an unprecedented demand for our execution experience, means that we are looking to grow our consultancy team with dynamic, technical, consulting and commercially minded individuals who can help us meet the challenge of a just and orderly energy transition.

We are currently looking for a Principal Technical Safety Engineer who wants to join our consultancy team in London to strengthen our capabilities.

What will you be doing?

Working in the New Energies Front End team, perform engineering for different project phases from initial feasibility study, concept design and basic design Driving design safety reviews / assessments such as HAZID, HAZOP, ENVID, LOPA, Emergency escape & Evacuation assessment and working environment health risk assessment (WEHRA) Client facing role. Input into Bid, Tenders , Review and audits.

We think you should have:

Experience based in the Oil & Gas (O&G) industry both in the local and overall system level. Experience in H2, CO2 and NH4 chemistry systems. Conversant with standards both in the O&G and renewables areas. Significant experience as a technical safety engineer Knowledge of differences between differing national standard for O&G and renewable projects preferred.
