Paal Eikeseth was named President and CEO in September 2026. Eikeseth has extensive experience in performance improvement, transformation, and operational and profitable growth in both mature and emerging markets. Since 2022, he has headed Aker Solutions’ Life Cycle business, with responsibility for operations and growth in the UK, Angola, Canada, and Brunei. He previously led the Electrification, Maintenance & Modifications business and served as SVP Performance & Transformation. Eikeseth's experience also includes several years in the global consulting firm PwC. He holds a Cand.merc. degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). As of September 23, 2026, together with related parties, Eikeseth holds 7,866 company shares and has no share options.

Idar Eikrem was named CFO in August 2020. The Norwegian has comprehensive experience from a variety of top management positions, including financial management and turn-around processes. Before joining Aker Solutions, he was executive vice president and CFO of Kvaerner. Eikrem’s experience also includes CFO roles at Aibel and Synenco Energy, and several positions in financial management for Norsk Hydro in Norway and Singapore. He is a state-authorized public accountant and holds an MSc in economics and business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). As of September 23, 2026, directly and through a privately owned company, Eikrem holds 400,420 company shares and has no share options.

Jo Kjetil Krabbe was appointed head of the Power Solutions business in February 2023. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience with Aker Solutions, most recently as senior vice president of our subsea business in APAC, and in 2022 as head of performance. Krabbe has 10 years of expat experience in eastern Europe, USA, Brazil and Malaysia, during which he combined culture, change management and business. He holds a degree in Production Technology and Leadership from Oslo University College (now Oslo Metropolitan University). As of September 23, 2026, directly and through a privately owned company, Krabbe holds 26,130 company shares and has no share options.

Signy Elde Vefring was appointed head of Strategy & Technology in June 2024, following her role as EVP DigiTech since April 2023. Before that, she led Performance & Transformation for two years. A Norwegian national, she previously served as VP Digitalization at Aker BP where she led the company’s digitalization drive. Vefring’s experience also includes several years in the global management consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group. She holds an MSc in industrial economics and technology management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. As of September 23, 2026, Vefring holds 2,414 company shares and has no share options.

Henrik Inadomi was appointed head of New Energies in April 2024 having served as interim from November 2023. He joined the executive management team in August 2021 as EVP Legal & Safeguarding. Inadomi has extensive experience in petroleum and energy law and projects. Before joining Aker Solutions, he served as SVP Corporate Support and General Counsel in Kvaerner, managing the legal and compliance function and supporting business development, tenders, projects, and other strategic and operational tasks. Inadomi’s experience includes general counsel and company secretary in Qatar Aluminium Limited and legal counsel in Norsk Hydro. He graduated from the University of Oslo in 2001, holds a PhD in law, and an LL.M. in international economic and business law from the Kyushu University, Japan. As of September 23, 2026, Inadomi holds 366,226 company shares and has no share options.

Kjetil Kristiansen was appointed Head of People & Transformation in April 2023, having led People and Organization since August 2020. He has more than 20 years of HR experience from Aker companies, most recently as head of HR in Aker BP. He also worked in Aker ASA developing boards of directors and management teams across the Aker group, and in Aker Solutions as head of HR for the subsea business area. Kristiansen holds a degree in Clinical Psychology in addition to a BSc in Philosophy and Intellectual History from the University of Oslo, Norway. As of September 23, 2026, Kristiansen holds 15,892 company shares and has no share options.

Guro Rausand was appointed head of New Build in September 2025, having led Safeguarding since June 2024. Rausand joined Aker Solutions in October 2023 from OneSubsea, where she lead several significant projects. Before that, Guro spent 15 years with Aker Solutions, managing subsea projects worldwide. Rausand holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Norway, including three years at the Institut Nationale des Science Appliquees (INSA) in France. As of September 23, 2026, together with related parties, Guro Rausand holds 7657 shares and has no share options.

Geir Glømmi assumed the position of Head of Fixed Facility Alliance Projects in September 2025, after serving as SVP Aker BP projects since April 2023. He has led major projects, including Yggdrasil, Valhall, Brynhild, and Kraken, and he has held several leadership roles in the subsea business as well as head of human resources. Glømmi joined Aker Solutions in 2011, bringing with him extensive experience in IT and organizational development. He holds a Msc degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). As of September 23, 2026, Glømmi holds 26,541 company shares and has no share options.

Ine Dolve was appointed head of Life Cycle in September 2026. Dolve has extensive experience in operations, field development and business improvement. She joined Aker Solutions from Aker BP, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President for the Alvheim area. Dolve has also worked in management consulting with PwC, advising clients in the oil and gas industry on finance, change management and digital transformation. Dolve has nine years of leadership experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces, including assignments with both the United Nations and NATO. She holds a master's degree in finance and international management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and Esade Business School in Spain. Dolve is also a graduate of the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy. As of October 12, 2026, Dolve holds zero company shares and has no share options.
