• Proaktivt HMS-arbeid
• Bistå i tiltak for helse, arbeidsmiljø og sikkerhet
• Kartlegge arbeidsmiljøet og vurdere risikoelementer
• Foreslå og gjennomføre tiltak for å forebygge arbeidsrelatert sykdom og helseskader
• Overvåke og følge opp ansattes helse ved behov
• Foreslå og gjennomføre tilrettelegging av arbeid for enkeltpersoner når det er nødvendig
• Informasjon og opplæring i arbeidsmiljø, helse og sikkerhet
• Bistå i oppfølging av henvendelser fra arbeidsgiver, verneombud, ledelse og arbeidsmiljøutvalg
• Utføre målrettede helseundersøkelser

Vikariat inntil ett år, med mulighet for forlengelse

• Bachelor i ergoterapi eller fysioterapi med godkjent norsk autorisasjon
• 1-3 års relevant erfaring
• Gjerne erfaring med systematisk HMS-arbeid, arbeidshelse, sykefraværsoppfølging, og arbeid med psykososialt- og organisatorisk arbeidsmiljø
• God formidlingskompetanse
