Aker Solutions delivered solid financial results in a period of record-high activity. The net cash position increased to NOK 3.7 billion, driven by strong cash generation and dividends from the company’s 20 percent ownership in SLB OneSubsea. Aker Solutions intends to pay out dividends of NOK 3.60 per share for 2025.

Aker Solutions has been awarded multiple five-year frame agreements with Equinor. Under the agreements, Aker Solutions will provide maintenance and modifications services for a range of assets on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) and onshore Norway.

Aker Solutions has signed a six-year frame agreement with ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS (ConocoPhillips), which includes an option to extend the contract for up to two additional three-year periods. 

Aker Solutions has signed a five-year enabling contract with ExxonMobil Canada Properties, a partnership, as operator of the Hebron platform. The contract is an extension for brownfield maintenance and modification (M&M) services on the Hebron platform.

Aker Solutions has secured a sizeable[1] four-year contract extension to provide onshore and offshore inspection services. The extension follows the customer’s decision to exercise an option included in the current agreement.
