We are looking for a talented Portfolio Prioritization Manager to strengthen our Business Development function in Fornebu. The role will drive a systematic approach to prioritize prospects across the company, working closely with the Business Development network to shape the future of Aker Solutions’ portfolio.

Your responsibility will be to manage our portfolio prioritization process across all business units. You will be part of a global and dynamic team, focused on business development opportunities, Key Account management, Business Development process governance, improvements, and tools to assist our global business segments. You will also have a great opportunity to create a broad network internally with multiple stakeholders and senior management across the business.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage integrated portfolio prioritization process for Aker Solutions, working in close cooperation with Heads of Business Development in business units and Strategic Workforce network
  • Align integrated portfolio model with relevant stakeholders in Aker Solutions organization and present the outcome of the portfolio prioritization process in regular updates to key stakeholders and the EMT
  • Provide portfolio insights and analytics to enable strategic discussion on what markets to target and how to win
  • Continuously review and improve the process, based on feedback from stakeholders
  • Arrange and drive prospect prioritization regular sessions with Heads of Business Development, Strategic Workforce Network, Safeguarding, Finance, CTO, Partnerships & Alliances
  • Ensure alignment the outcome of the prospect prioritization process with the financial forecasting and strategy process
  • Ensure that the required digital tools are developed and maintained, including dashboard based on scoring criteria and tool for visualizing scenarios (with link to SAREPTA and yards capacity)
  • Support the process to guarantee required data quality as input to prospect prioritization
  • Support integration of pursuit and tender decision process with portfolio prioritization

We think you should have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree within technical disciplines or business subjects
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, including experience in Business Development within the energy sector
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, digitalization and reporting
  • Strong people and relationship-building skills, ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively towards many other internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with ability to manage complex schedules and tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, CRM system and SAREPTA
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with proactive approach
  • Ability to drive processes by supporting and challenging others
  • Ability to adapt to change and new ways of working quickly and easily
