Our Department in Trondheim is now looking for a Senior Risk & Change Advisor.

What will you be doing?

Risk:

  • Responsibility for identification of Risk events and follow up
  • Establish Risk Management, Process and Reporting
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis accordance with the policy
  • Follow up Risk contingency drawdown plan, when relevant
  • Follow up of defined actions and deadlines
  • Prepare input to client reports as required
  • Use of our web based Risk tool ARM
  • Use of Monte Carlo Simulation method
  • Close follow up with the engineering discipline
  • Give support and advise to the Study Manager

Change:

  • Establishment of the change control system in the project
  • Make system for change control well known in project
  • Present change control procedure & change management tool to users in project

We think you should have:

  • Master or bachelor’s degree/higher technical or business education
  • Interested in method and working processes applied in multidiscipline project work
  • Comfortable working with Excel and other web based tools
  • A proactive problem solver with the right attitude and strategic thinking
  • Comfortable working both in a team and independently
  • Ability to work systematically and with great accuracy
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of Norwegian and English both verbally and written language
