The Life Cycle segment takes care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production. Life Cycle ensure safe operations. Our objective is to be a leading supplier of low carbon solutions and electrification projects. We focus on optimizing field life solutions, driven by decarbonization and environmentally sound offerings.

Our Electrical department in Bergen are now looking for a Young Professional Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to help us in our mission to #powerthechange

What will you be doing?

  • As a graduate in 2025 in Aker Solutions, you will be a part of a graduate program. This includes professional network, meet other graduates across locations and visit to our headquarter and one of our yards
  • As a permanent employee in Aker Solutions, you will participate in project teams that proudly deliver world class projects. You will work together with some of our most experienced and knowledgeable engineers and gain valuable experience
  • You will be joining a dedicated team of engineers and learn the methods as you go
  • You will be involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from smaller Front End Studies to Major Modification Projects and various Specialist Services
  • Training will be given and you will receive a mentor to guide you while developing your skills

Main tasks will typically touch the following competence areas:

  • Reliability & Maintenance engineering analysis/assessments
  • Calendar-based maintenance development and implementation
  • Condition-based maintenance (incl. predictive and prescriptive) development and implementation
  • Inspection and integrity engineering

We think you should have:

  • Student graduating in 2025 or recent years
  • Area of study relevant to the role you are applying for
  • If you like to plan, manage and execute tasks you will thrive in this role
  • Being proactive and have the ability take initiative are great personal skills that will be appreciated in this role
  • You will be given all the tools you need to succeed, and the rest is up to you!
