Our department in Sandnes is now looking for a Tools and Equipment Coordinator.
What will you be doing?
Ensure that all projects are provided with service and the tools & equipment they need at any given time. All deliveries to be in accordance with agreed quality standard with correct price without delays.
Accountabilities:
- Establish commercial requirements for and specifications for procurement packages
- Establish and maintain relationship with clients, internal and external.
- Management of warehousing, make sure that correct equipment is in place at the right time
- Invoice control
- Ensure close dialogue with the project ensure high quality deliveries according to plan and defined requests in Webshop
- Focus on cost efficiency solutions
- Perform Rental/Buy evaluations
- Close dialogue with ELS’s suppliers
- Participate in improvement and digitalization initiatives, and support that all initiatives include cost evaluations
We think you should have:
- Knowledge and understanding of project dynamics and needs, and how to serve them the best during different situations
- Knowledge of Akers’ Policy for procurement
- Good knowledge of MIPS and SAP
- Maintain a good knowledge of ELS work processes
- Lean understanding and mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong motivation
- Strong communications skills
- HMS and quality Mindset
