We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Solution & Transformation Analyst to join our HR digital development team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Solution Architect and Digital Transformation Lead, contributing to the design, integration, and implementation of innovative digital solutions that align with business and technology goals.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with senior architects, developers, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions aligned with business needs.
- Conduct research and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend tools and methodologies that align with organizational goals.
- Support solution deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of architecture, workflows, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications while gathering and understanding user needs.
- Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources for teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in workshops, training, and mentorship opportunities to develop technical skills and deepen expertise in solution architecture.
We think you should have:
- Interest in digital transformation, including emerging HR technologies such as people analytics and AI-driven solutions.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate (Power BI/Fabric)
- Experience with Business Intelligence solutions, preferably Power BI and MS Fabric for Data Engineering.
- Familiarity with API design, REST APIs, and integration patterns, with a foundational understanding of solution architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Awareness of Agile and DevOps practices and their role in software development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication in English for documenting and presenting ideas.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt to new technologies, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
- You might have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, but most importantly – you take a keen interest in new technologies and change management strategies.
