Our Instrumentation team in London is now looking for a Principal Designer.

What will you be doing?

Review and incorporate customer’s specs and requirements from the contractual scope of work

Calculate call-off and maintain the bulk material needs (Non tagged items).

Establish and maintain material takes off for tagged/non-tagged items and equipment for measurement, cost and weight reporting

Position tagged/non-tagged equipment with respect to process function, fabrication method, operational access and maintainability

Perform field- and cabling topology and detailed termination design. Including production of field topology documentation / overview drawings, block diagrams, termination and loop details

Work out schedules and MPPs as per project requirements

Manage meetings with client and fabrication yards

We think you should have:

Significant experience in a relevant industry

Knowledge of Norsok standards and international standards

Experience in managing remote teams is desirable

Experience in E3D modelling preferred

Ability to provide necessary support during installation and MC.
