Responsibilities and Tasks:

Maintain good order in correspondence, records and archives
Assist legal department in preparing legal documents related to Company Act
Manage and maintain lisences and certifications
Perform general secretarial work and ad-hoc tasks for the legal department and management
Any other work as and when required
More complex tasks are available to the right candidate

Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

Qualifications:
Diploma
Familiarity with Legal Documents and Terminology
Relevant working experience, and/or amiliarity with Company secretary work is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Personal attributes:
Dedicated and hardworking
Exceptional organizational Skills with attention to details
Able to work independently and take initiative
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
