Senior Analyst-Cost Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive cost control, change control, analysis, and reporting for BP Angola project
• Prepare & deliver regular VOWD, cost reports, forecasts phased overtime reports, cost curves (as
• required) & change request registers.
• Client liaison on cost-related matters, including contract compliance & change request approvals.
• Generate regular man-hour reports for all project activities and review them to assess the impact on
• Cost Forecasting.
• Support in the setup of new Tasks and creation of corresponding SAP WBS, NPT spread codes, Cost
• codes
• Act as a key contributor and drive down Supply Chain errors in weekly error reports
• Ensure delivery of client reporting in accordance with reporting calendar.
• Analyse data and interface with project delivery team in relation to potential over/under-runs, and

Relevant demonstrable experience in a cost position

Microsoft Office

Highly numerate

Commercial acumen

SAP Experience

Good team working

Good self motivation

Good communication skills

Ability to work on own initiative
