What will you be doing?

As part of our team, we will help you achieve your greatest potential. The Aker Solutions UK Engineering Graduate Development Program offers an accredited route towards chartered engineer status. The program provides training and development through a combination of project work, on-the-job and formal training. A mentor is assigned to you to support your professional development.

On completion of the program, you will have achieved the following:

  • Practical experience and competence required in real work situations
  • Experience in solving complex problems from working alongside industry professionals
  • Preparation for the next stage in your career with Aker Solutions
  • Interpersonal skills needed to work with people at all levels

We think you should have:

This is suitable for graduates who expect to attain a relevant Master Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or an equivalent subject, for example mechanical engineering or aeronautical engineering, with a strong interest in structural engineering, analysis and design.
