Our  Specilist Asset Integrity Maintenance  (AIM)  team in Aberdeen are looking for a Integrity MoC Co-ordinator to based at AIBP office in Dyce, Aberdeen.  

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Management of Change (MOC) process related to structural engineering and pressure systems modifications.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including structural, pressure systems, analysts, design, document control, construction, installation, and project management, to ensure seamless implementation of changes while adhering to project timelines.
  • Expedite team members to maintain project timelines.
  • Own the MOC until the MOC is approved and agree other appropriate Single Point of Accountability (schedule SPA) during construction & installation.
  • Ensure MOCs are documented, reviewed, approved, and closed properly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for structural engineering or pressure systems matters during the construction phase.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables related to structural and pressure systems engineering tasks.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, identifying and addressing any challenges that may arise.<>

We think you should have:

  • Degree level in Engineering Discipline
  • Demonstrable relevant experience
  • Sound working knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards
  • Aware of latest technical developments
  • Demonstrable relevant experience in evaluation of inspection results
  • Demonstrable relevant understanding of surface preparation and coatings
  • Demonstrable relevant experience in provision of mitigation techniques
  • Strong desire to learn, innovate and contribute to both group and individual success and ongoing professional development
  • Presentation and meeting skills.
  • Good communicator at all levels within the organisation and with external clients.
  • Must be a ‘team player’
  • Good command of the English language and will be able to communicate well in both verbal and written form, both internally and externally.
