We are specialists in managing large projects from feasibility studies and conceptual engineering, through FEED and detailed engineering.Engineering is executing major projects across the globe in both oil and gas and renewables sectors. This includes Norway’s ground-breaking Brevik carbon capture project, as well as delivering engineering and design for Northern Lights, the world’s first CO₂ storage facility on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Furthermore, we are investigating the design and delivery of future hydrogen and ammonia projects.As part of a strategic alliance, we are also working on a large digitalization project as part of the development of the Hugin oil and gas field offshore Norway, whilst pioneering new digital solutions to make operations safer and more efficient.

We are now looking for a Senior Maintenance and Operability Engineer who wants to join our team at Fornebu.

What will you be doing?

  • Reliability & Maintenance engineering analysis/assessments, such as RAM, FMECA and RCM.
  • Preventive maintenance development
  • Condition-based maintenance (incl. predictive and prescriptive) development
  • Spare parts interchangeability record (SPIR) engineering
  • Management of safety barriers
  • CMMS application such as SAP, IFS and Workmate.

In addition to the work in the projects, services, and early studies, the Senior Maintenance & Operability Engineer is expected to:

  • Create relevant technical manuals and develop and maintain of work processes, methods, and tools
  • Assess and provide guidance to less experienced engineers in the team
  • Complete technical analysis and rationales needed as a contribution to tender submissions
  • Provide accurate engineering output and technical information to ensure informed decision making to other disciplines, such as System Engineering and Equiment Package Procurement

We think you should have:

  • Preferrably at least 5+ years of expereince from Reliability & Maintenance Engineering
  • Good understanding of equipment functionalities across systems
  • Good knowledge of maintenance management governing procedures from the major operators in Norway
  • Experience within the establishment of preventive maintenance programs
  • Knowledge of technical barrier management and maintenance of barriers
  • Experience from working offshore or as a part of an operation team is an advantage
  • Excellent understanding of Norsok Z-008, ISO 14224, ISO 55001
  • Teamworking skills, experience with multiple office execution/ workshare is an advantage
