Mission

Prepares and negotiates the purchase process, in order to ensure the operational needs of the ASA, in terms of supply.

Responsibilities / Activities

Supply

• Identifies and develops agreements on medium and long term with local suppliers to ensure regular supply of materials, equipment and consumables in the Company;
• Collaborates in the maintenance of inventories, receipts and documentation;
• Cooperates in the logistics activities, aiming at the good management of costs, delays, security and technical suitability of supplies and services;
• Prepares purchase orders, in cooperation with their line manager.

Management and Negotiation of Agreements and Contracts

• Participates in the negotiation for replacement orders, agreements and amendments to subcontracts, on account of technical or contractual changes based on the information received and/or supporting documents prepared by other departments;
• Receives requisitions from various departments and identifies, prepares and sends the replacement order, contract or order of variation with their

Competency Profile

Qualifications:

• Qualifications the level of a degree or 12^th Grade with specialized training in the field.

Professional Experience:

• Professional experience between 3 and 5 years in the performance of similar function.

Qualifications/Professional Skills

General and Multidisciplinary Technician

• Fluent at Portuguese and English
• Computer knowledge from a user perspective.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of acquisition process;
• Knowledge of commercial legislation;
