What will you be doing?

Recruitment

  • Deliver on resourcing requirements for a number of time sensitive projects
  • Regular meetings with relevant project management on resourcing needs and providing updates on recruitment activity, detailing the issues, highlights and concerns and be solution orientated.
  • Provide resourcing forecasts to relevant parties
  • Communicate regularly with all recruitment related interfaces, e.g. external recruitment provider, payroll, cost, training, logistics, visa support etc. to ensure effective delivery of recruitment.
  • Contribute to discussions and solutions for recruitment and retention challenges and strategies
  • Work closely with relevant HRBP to ensure compliance to job banding / benchmarking data prior to initiating offer requests
  • Work with relevant managers as required to ensure full and compliant job profiles are in place for new roles.
  • Generalist
  • Provide advice, guidance and day-to-day operational support to managers and employees within area of responsibility and recognize potential broader implications and seek advice / support or escalation to more senior team members.
  • Be an integral focal point for operational HR issues
  • Work with designated mangers focusing on recruitment and workforce planning, employee relations, talent & performance management, organizational development and design, compensation and compliance in alignment with the business and HR strategy.
  • Employee relations interface with employees and management to resolve conflicts, concerns or disputes. Provide advice and guidance to managers who are leading resolution of employee relations issues and openly obtain assistance as and when required
  • Provide advice, guidance and work closely with employees and management to communicate the various human resource policies, procedures, legislation to ensure compliance. <>
