We are looking for talents graduating spring/summer 2025 who want to pursue a Graduate Process Engineer role in Aker Solutions.

As a graduate 2025, you will be a part of Aker Solutions’ graduate program 2025. This will give you the opportunity to build a professional network, meet fellow graduates from various locations, and visit our headquarters as well as one of our yards.  

What will you be doing?

  • Process system design development in all phases of engineering design projects
  • Preparation of flow diagrams and P&IDs for relevant systems
  • Perform calculations and analysis of systems and equipment using both commercial and in-house calculation tools
  • Co-ordination and interface communication with other disciplines within engineering team and towards Procurement, Construction, Completion and other Contractors
  • Roles can be in projects both within renewables (hydrogen, carbon capture etc.) as well as oil and gas segments

Comprehensive on the job training will be provided to ensure your growth and success. You will receive guidance from a dedicated mentor to help you develop your skills and navigate your career path.

We think you should have:

  • A relevant MSc degree with process design knowledge, ideally Chemical, Process, Mechanical Engineering
  • Familiar with simulation tools such as HYSYS or Unisim is an advantage
  • Knowledge to perform heat and material balances
  • Team working skills with the ability to work in an international environment
  • A drive for developing your expertise
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
  • A technical and analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness
  • HSE mindset
  • Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written
