Lead Engineer-Piping

Candidate shall be well conversed, familiar and shall be able to execute following activities;

• Execute a project in the position of area engineer for large projects or lead engineer on a smaller project
• Conduct / participate meetings with Client, PMC, internal taskforce for smooth execution of projects
• Review and prepare Design Basis of Client, licensor
• Conduct / perform planning of piping activities required for project execution
• Conduct the man-hour estimation for large as well as small size projects
• Conduct review with client for approval of plot plan and equipment layout for critical areas
• Review Piping Material Specifications and all critical project documents
• Review piping studies of process critical areas
• Co-ordinate with engineering discipline for piping as well as interface disciplines
• Conduct / participate in model review with client
• Co-ordinate with lead engineer of other disciplines and obtain the inputs required for project execution

• Minimum Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / B.E. Chemical from reputed institute
• Experience: 12 - 16 years of experience in piping design for reputed engineering company dealing in Chemical / Petrochemical / Refinery / Offshore Oil and Gas Industry.
• Candidate shall be familiar and acquainted with various software of 3D model reviews and AutoCAD.
• Candidate shall be well versed with all relevant international standard / codes like ASME B31.1, B 31.3.
• Candidate shall be a good team player and shall have good communication ability (verbal and written)
