Our People & Transformation department in OSLO is now looking for an HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor at Aker Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of change, supporting our team in various HR-related areas.

As part of our People & Transformation team, you’ll collaborate with skilled and dedicated colleagues to recruit, develop, and inspire our most valuable asset – our people. This role is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to grow and make an impact. 

What will you be doing?

  • Operational Support: Update and maintain HR masterdata across our locations, and offer day-to-day operational support to leaders, ensuring the HR function runs seamlessly and according to company policies and attitudes
  • Driving Innovation: Contribute to HR improvement projects and tools, such as talent management, employee engagement surveys, performance management, and HR process digitalization
  • Digital Transformation: Contribute in HR digitalization processes on our digital platform, taking HR processes to the next level
  • Onboarding Excellence: Support the onboarding process by conducting day-one orientations for new hires
  • Legal Expertise: Advice and support line managers and employees on relevant laws, administrative regulations, procedures, and other HR matters

We think you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or a related field or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • Tech Savviness: Experience with system support and proficiency in using IT tools and digital solutions
  • HR Expertise: Demonstrated experience in HR work, with more than 3 years of relevant experience
  • Service mindset
  • Analytical skills and a high focus on structure and precision
  • Team focus: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in teams
  • Drive: Proactive and enthusiastic, with a structured and efficient approach to work
  • Language Skills: Excellent oral and written language skills in both Norwegian and English
