Our HR Team in Angola is now looking for a an experienced HR Business partner
What will you be doing?
Responsibilities / Activities
This role will ne in country Angolan expert on: Employee relations Handling personnel issues, performance issues, individual development, disciplinaries and grievances Advising on policies, procedures, employment law. Supporting managers with absence management, negotiations and exit processes. Working actively with reinforcing company values in behaviour and people management skills. Collaborates with the “line” managers in implementing Human Resource Management policies and techniques and the adequacy of structures when necessary; Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic business and HR agenda, including change management and culture development. Ensures the development of the Company training cycle, from the diagnosis of needs to the assessment, planning along with the development and training Coordinator the training activities to develop; Responsible for ensuring managers and employees buy-in to HR tools and processes, providing feedback on the effectiveness of HR tools and processes. Recruitment and onboarding
Assessing recruitment needs, recruitment strategy and actively support all recruitment processes. Responsible for onboarding activities
Reward Activities
Responsible for payroll and salary process activities, ensure tax compliance and provide payslips clarification to employees when require; Responsible to implement and support implementation of systems and procedures defined by Conducts studies and/or participate in salary surveys to ensure competitiveness in the Market. First point of contact for all Benefits queries
Systems Ensures that HR Systems are accurate and maintained – SAP, people Portal Responsible to implement and support implementation of systems and procedures
Social/Labor Relations and external communication Receives, listens and/or negotiates with representatives of trade unions, in order to better understand the reality and the prospects of employees, following the resolution of problems/conflicts and proposals made; Prepares and proposes specific measures of social well-being addressed to employees of the Company; Communicating with Agencies /Governmental Entities. Organizes and controls the operation of the description system, analysis and classification of functions, so as to ensure the updating of Occupational Qualifier; Responsible for Working and submission of «Contrato Programa» to MIRIMPET.

Competency Profile
Qualifications: Qualifications at the level of a degree or higher in the field of Human Resources Administration/Management.
Professional Experience: Professional experience of more than 10 years, in the area of Human Resource Management.
Qualifications/ Professional Skills
General technical and Multidisciplinary Fluent at Portuguese, English and French; Computer knowledge from a user perspective.
Technical Skills Very good knowledge of the Labour Legislation in Angola (recruitment and work regime, vacations, licenses and absences, etc.); Good knowledge of Sectoral Legislation in respect to applied issues in areas such as the "Process of Angolanization" Plans for the Training of Workers, Fines Regime Applicable in the field of HRM (Decree 17/ 09 of July); Good knowledge and mastery of the Human Resource Management techniques (description of functions, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, career management, policy and wage systems); Good knowledge of the procedures developed for the processing of salaries; Good knowledge of administrative and organizational structures; Knowledge of computer applications used in the field of human resources; Knowledge of the HST (Health and Safety at Workplace); Ability to work under pressure, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines;
