The Life Cycle segment takes care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production, Life Cycle ensure safe operations. Our objective is to be a leading supplier of low carbon solutions and electrification projects. We focus on optimizing field life solutions, driven by decarbonization and environmentally sound offerings.
Our Structural & Marine department in Stavanger is now looking for a Senior Engineer Analyses and Design.
What will you be doing?
- Structural analysis, calculations and design reports of main, secondary and outfitting structures
- Checking of other engineers' analysis and calculation reports
- Documentation of strength and design according to governing codes and specifications
- Participate in studies and execution projects
- Ensure that interfaces towards other disciplines are handled in an efficient way
- Perform offshore and onshore surveys
We think you should have:
- A Master's degree (MSc) in a relevant area
- Extensive ecxperience with analysis tools such as Sesam, Staad, etc.
- Proven track record in performing structural steel design analyses and documentation
- Background in from modification projects in the offshore industry
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both in Norwegian and English
