We are a small but driven team that has been given the opportunity to apply AM technologies in some most exciting projects in the industry.
We are seeking a talented 3D Print Engineer to join our team based at Stord.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing 3D printing processes, designing and testing prototypes, and collaborating with our engineers to drive innovation in additive manufacturing.
What will you be doing?
- Design, 3D model and develop parts using Additive Manufacturing (AM) technology
- Operate and maintain 3D printers to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Conduct research and development to explore new AM technologies and materials
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AM processes and efficiency
- Provide technical support and training to other team members on AM processes and equipment
We think you should have:
- Strong knowledge of 3D (Additive Manufacturing) processes, tools, and associated data
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Technical college or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Oractical experience can supplement or replace formal education
