Standardized Vertical Subsea Tree

Our innovative vertical subsea tree system and associated tools were developed in close collaboration with Equinor, focusing on safety and cost efficiency.

It is now installed across the Norwegian Continental Shelf by multiple customers.

The standardized and configurable vertical subsea tree is designed to be a single tree design, suitable for all duties. This reduces capex, production lead times, and reduces the needs for spare trees for different duties.

All project-specific equipment is held in the flow control module, itself a standardized component which can be configured at a software level. This allows the same products to be used globally by the same customers.

The standardized compact design and simplified installation process results in reduced CO2 emissions across the entire value chain.

Compact, lightweight design with a weight of less than 35 metric tons allows for installation in over-trawlable template and satellite solutions for shallow waters. This enables significant weight and cost savings on templates and manifolds, and associated simplified installation benefits because heavy lift vessels are not required for development.

It has 5-inch and 7-inch outlets, with reuse of equipment across variants. Interfaces are standardized, including our associated cross-vendor workover operations system.
