Aker Solutions Appoints Paal Eikeseth as New EVP of EMM

To enhance the business, Paal Eikeseth has been appointed as executive vice president (EVP) of Aker Solutions’ Electrification, Maintenance and Modifications (EMM) business segment.

In his new role, Eikeseth will be part of the company’s executive management team, reporting to CEO Kjetel Digre. 

"We are enhancing the business and the financial results, and we are in parallel also growing the organization within selected strategic areas. When Paal now joins the executive management team with responsibility for the EMM business segment, he also brings with him extensive change management and industry experience which will be essential for how we will strategically develop our activities," said Kjetel Digre, chief executive officer of Aker Solutions.

Eikeseth is a Norwegian citizen and has for the last years held various senior management positions in Aker Solutions. He previously worked several years in PwC. Eikeseth holds a cand.merc. and master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business administration (NHH). He had no company shares or share options as of March 23, 2022.

Eikeseth will start in the position on April 1, 2022.
