Aker Solutions ASA: Reporting of transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

December 2, 2024 – Aker Solutions ASA (“Aker Solutions”) has today allocated shares to primary insiders participating in the company’s manager share purchase program for 2024.

Reference is made to the stock exchange release published earlier today, December 2, 2024, concerning the manager share purchase program and share allocation. Aker Solutions sold shares to program participants at a price per share of NOK 30.422, which equals the volume-weighted average share price of Aker Solutions on Euronext Oslo Børs from and including November 25, 2024, to and including November 29, 2024. The program was launched by Aker Solutions on November 7, 2024. The subscription period started on the same day and ended on November 22, 2024.

Kjetel Digre, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 32,870 shares. Following the allocation, Digre holds 166,527 shares in Aker Solutions.

Idar Eikrem, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 16,435 shares through his privately owned company, Omara Holding AS. Following the allocation, Eikrem, together with his privately owned company, Omara Holding AS, hold 355,601 shares in Aker Solutions.

Jo Kjetil Krabbe, Executive Vice President, Power Solutions, acquired 16,435 shares through his privately owned company, One Management AS. Following the allocation, Krabbe, together with his privately owned company One Management AS, hold 26,130 shares in Aker Solutions.

Olav Høidalen, Senior Vice President, Group Controlling, acquired 6,574 shares. Following the allocation, Høidalen holds 29,021 shares in Aker Solutions.

Paal Eikeseth, Executive Vice President, Life Cycle, acquired 6,574 shares. Following the allocation, Eikeseth, together with related parties, hold 7,866 shares in Aker Solutions.

Kjetil Kristiansen, Executive Vice President, People and Transformation, acquired 3,287 shares. Following the allocation, Kristiansen holds 33,200 shares in Aker Solutions.

Henrik Makoto Inadomi, Executive Vice President, New Energies, acquired 11,504 shares. Following the allocation, Inadomi holds 342,297 shares in Aker Solutions.

Sturla Magnus, Executive Vice President, New Build, acquired 16,435 shares. Following the allocation, Magnus, holds 224,087 shares in Aker Solutions.
