This Site is controlled, operated and administered by Aker Solutions ASA from its offices within Norway, and runs on Microsoft Azure data centers located in the EU. Aker Solutions ASA makes no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations than Norway. Access to this Site from territories where its contents are illegal, is prohibited. Those who access this Site from other locations, do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Separate Legal Entities

Each company affiliated with Aker Solutions is a separate corporation that manages and controls its own affairs. Each of these affiliated companies have their own separate identities but on this Site we may sometimes use "Aker Solutions", "Group, "we" or "us" when referring to Aker Solutions companies in general or where no useful purpose is served by identifying any particular Aker Solutions company.
