To support our journey, we are looking for Study Managers to join the team.

You will join a team of experienced Study managers who utilize their diverse expertise, skills, and insights to mitigate risks and maximize value across low-carbon oil and gas, offshore wind, CCUS, and hydrogen sectors. The group undertakes early-phase studies and provides strategic consultancy, helping clients navigate complex energy challenges and make informed decisions.

As a key member of the team, you will:

Lead studies by integrating project management with technical expertise. Contribute to innovative energy solutions across diverse sectors Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality studies Ensure HSEQ standards, cost control, and timely delivery Actively participate in workshops, reviews, and client presentations Support business development through tenders and sales activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex energy challenges Drive continuous improvement in study methodologies and processes

Master's degree in engineering or related technical field 5-10 years of relevant industry experience Proven leadership in project/study management or discipline lead roles Multidisciplinary skillset with broad knowledge of design philosophies and concept development Project execution experience; fabrication knowledge is a plus Excellent communication skills in English; Norwegian is an advantage Efficient, structured work approach with a service- and solution-oriented mindset Strong team player with a proactive attitude and robust work ethic Curious and open-minded, with an ability to understand and address customer needs Adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments
