We are looking for a Senior Developer with passion to develop their career within our growing digitalization team to develop AI applications for the organization. This role will be part our AI-team and focused on development of AI capabilities for various business segments. You will have the opportunity to create a broad network internationally with multiple stakeholders and senior management across the business. You'll be responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining full stack AI solutions in Microsoft Azure, and provide support and improvements to users.

Key responsibilities will include development of new AI capabilities including backend solutions, infrastructure architecture, user interfaces, as well as interacting with end-users and on-going improvements of existing systems.

• Contribute to recruiting new employees for a development and artificial intelligence team that will develop algorithms and software for the whole organization.
• Develop, test and deploy new full-stack machine learning solutions to users in various parts of the organization that deliver business value.
• Maintain and improve existing systems to improve features and user-experience.
• Train employees in software development best practices.
• Participating in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Proven track record developing cloud solutions, with projects that demonstrate business value.
• Strong expertise in software development with .Net and Python.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral.
• Experience with DevOps

It's also beneficial with experience in:

• Architecting infrastructure and networking for cloud solutions.
• Python libraries such as numpy, pandas, transformers, huggingface, langchain, pytorch, scikit, learn, matplotlib, xgboost, and similar
• MLOps
• Azure DevOps CI/CD development
