To support our journey, we are looking for a Cyber Risk Specialist to join the UK Consultancy team. This critical role will focus on enhancing OT/ICS security through offensive security practices, such as penetration testing and optimizing network architecture.

You will be part of a team that are an integral part of Entr and Aker Solutions initiatives, supporting the successful delivery of Aker Solutions Capex project delivery, ensuring robust security measures are in place for both the Oil and Gas and New Energies markets. 

• OT/ICS Security Expertise: Provide expert guidance for critical infrastructure projects, design programs, strategies, governance, and architectures to enhance OT/ICS security and ensure compliance (e.g., IEC 62443, HSE OG86, NIS).
• Offensive Security & Penetration Testing: Lead offensive security and penetration testing for OT/ICS environments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies.
• Network Architecture Design: Develop secure network architectures for OT/ICS environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Sales Support: Define and scope projects, engage other business units for resourcing, and assist in proposal development and client presentations.
• Consulting Practice Development: Design initiatives to support consulting practice growth, identify process improvements, and mentor consultants.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand needs, deliver tailored security solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in OT/ICS security, with a focus on offensive security/penetration testing, network architecture, and a proven track record as a senior leader in security, sales, engineering, assessment, and implementation.
• Certifications: OSCP, GICSP, CISSP, and other relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, GXPN) are a plus.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST 800-82).
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in designing secure network architectures for OT/ICS environments.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
