  • Ensure projects progress as per schedule and required quality standards
  • Establish need dates for personnel assignments on projects
  • Maintain contact with clients, project management, and other discipline lead engineers to ensure accurate and timely communication
  • Mentor young engineers to develop their Design HSE skills
  • Work on projects from front-end feasibility to detailed design and modification projects
  • Support tenders as required

We think you should have:

  • Knowledge of UK and Norwegian regulatory regimes
  • Experience in safety analyses and risk assessments
  • Proficiency with Technical Safety Software (e.g., DNV PHAST, PIPENET)

  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
  • Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • A recognized degree in a relevant discipline

It would be great if you also had:

  • Knowledge of international oil and gas standards
  • Experience with HVDC converters, offshore platforms, CCUS, or hydrogen
  • Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience in process safety
