Our office at Stord is now looking for a Senior Contract Consultant to help us in our mission to #Powerthechange.
What will you be doing?
- Perform all contract activities for Yard agreements within the segment, New Build
- Review existing contracts
- Ensure contract compliance
- Contribute with TAT team for establish RFQs and participate in contract negotations and evaluations
- Perform all contract activities efficiently according to Aker Solutions’ Policy for Supply Chain
- Ensure that relevant systems are updated according to requirements
- Collaboration with support functions (legal, technical functions, cost control, planning, logistics, contract etc.) - Suppliers and subcontractors
- Represent the procurement team towards project management and the supplier market.
- Present contract status in reports and meetings
- Keep the contract and correspondence files updated
We think you should have:
- Bachlor within business and/or legal, or long and relevant experience may compensate for lack of higher education
- At least 3 years' experience from relevant roles within contract
- Able to work independently and structural, to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Proactive and flexible
- Team-player attitude
- Solution oriented mindset
- Good oral and written Norwegian and English language
